In May, John Speed (Shoffner Mechanical), Steve Harvey (Soefker Services), Randy Stone (Nashville Machine), and Cherish Young (GES, Inc.) hosted the Southern Regional Meeting in Nashville, TN. The best practices sharing session gave members an opportunity to hear best practices from their fellow members in the South.

“The meeting was really great this time,” said Russ Ivanko (Innovative Solutions). “I came away with a great deal of info!”

“I thought the meeting was very useful ,” said Judy Wooten (GES, Inc.). “I have already taken John’s contribution regarding job numbers for “shop time” in order to track it more easily.  He did a great job moderating the meeting.  All in all, we came home with a good feeling about the open sharing and advice in handling what seem to be universal problems within all of our organizations.  What a great group Unified is!”
