A big thanks to Todd Wolf at Shoffner Mechanical. At the Financial Forum he asked that we create a new email tool for CFO's, Controllers to ask anything financial (reporting, metrics, dashboard info), HR, IT, insurance, etc.
The new tool was launched this week and Todd was the first person to post a question and Sara Kaiser from Tweet Garot Mechanical was able to help him out! Remember "Together We Make The Difference".

"I received numerous responses to the email tool question I posted from the group members, all with very helpful information. Considering the time of year and how busy we all are, I was totally impressed with the level of detail within the various responses. Impressive and very unselfish of our members to take the time to do this for us. Please acknowledge their good will by saying "thank you" from all their friends at CESCO"
We have used Lennox rooftop units for many years. When my grandfather opened Lehman’s in 1930, one of the manufacturers he bought furnaces from was Lennox and so John and I kind of grew up with that brand name in our household. My dad sold Lennox and, to us, that was the best equipment there was in the residential and light commercial market so we have a long history with not only the brand but many of the people who were part of that company through the 1950s all the way up to the ‘90’s. Now, since we no longer do residential we still use their rooftops and some of their splits when they are appropriate on projects. They have one of the best rooftop units made in my opinion. Lennox also has a great web site that allows us to order parts on line and even track orders. We can also file any warranty claim on line, get submittals, and almost any technical or sales literature we need without having to talk to anyone. Here in Indianapolis, we are fortunate to have a large Lennox stocking warehouse to draw from and we can get product almost instantly if we need it.
The recent Eastern Regional meeting was, for sure, a very informative and productive meeting. The format was fantastic and so was the generosity and camaraderie exhibited by the attendees. I must say, and it has been proven once again, The Unified Group has some of the nicest people and minds our business has to offer. John Canavan and I came away from the meeting with answers and a direction for the couple of concerns we had regarding CESCO. I can only hope we were able to give back to our fellow attendees, as much as we received. Thank you Julie, Tim Hartigan and Marty Rosica for the fine job all of you did in making the meeting a complete success.
