General Summary

We are holding a block of rooms and will be making a reservation with the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO upon receipt of this registration form. The cost of the meeting is $995 which includes attendee meals and meeting costs.  The cost for spouses' dinner and reception is $100 each.  The room rate has been established at $169 per night. 

The session will begin with a Welcome Dinner Reception at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 18th and will end at noon on Saturday, October 21st.  Please plan to make your departure flight for 2pm or later on the 21st.  If you plan to stay over the weekend, please let me know ASAP as we have limited rooms reserved in our block.

All meeting fees will be charged if there is a cancellation less than a week before the session.
