General Summary

We are holding a block of rooms and will be making a reservation with the Westin Cape Coral Resort in Fort Myers, FL upon receipt of this registration form. The cost of the meeting is $995 which includes attendee meals and meeting costs.  The cost for spouses' dinner and reception is $100 each.  The room rate has been established at $159 per night with a $15 daily resort fee. 

The session will begin with a Welcome Dinner Reception at 7:00 pm on Wednesday April 25th and will end at noon on Saturday, April 28th.  Please plan to make your departure flight for 2pm or later on the 28th. 

All meeting fees will be charged if there is a cancellation less than a week before the session.
