General Summary

We are holding a block of rooms and will be making a reservation with theInn & Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe, New Mexico upon receipt of this registration form. The cost of the meeting is included in your membership dues (for one attendee, additional attendees will be $995), which covers attendee dinners and meeting costs. The cost for spouses' dinners and reception is $125 each. The room rate has been established at $169.00 per night with at $30 daily resort fee.  The cost of the meeting is $995 which includes attendee meals and meeting costs.  The cost for spouses' dinner and reception is $125 each. 

The session will begin with a Welcome Dinner Reception in the Penthouse at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 8th and will end with a group dinne ron Saturday, November 11th.   Please plan to make your departure flight reservation for Sunday, November 12th. 

All meeting fees will be charged if there is a cancellation less than a week before the session.
