Come help us celebrate The Unified Group's 20th Anniversary in Cabo! We are holding a block of rooms and will be making a reservation with the Sheraton Grand Los Cabos Hacienda del Mar upon receipt of this registration form. The cost of the meeting is included in your membership dues (for one attendee, additional attendees will be $995), which covers attendee dinners and meeting costs. The cost for spouses' dinners and reception is $125 each. The room rate King Ocean Front/Ocean View has been established at $249 (16% VAT tax will be waived during meeting dates, two nights prior and one night after the session) there is a 5% occupancy and 6% service fee per room, per night a $10 per person water fee and a porterage charge of $6.50 in/out per person.
The session will begin with a Welcome Dinner Reception at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 7th and will end with a group dinner on Saturday, November 10th. Please plan to make your departure flight reservation for Sunday, November 11th.
Please let me know ASAP if you plan on arriving early or staying after the session to make sure there is availability.
All meeting fees will be charged if there is a cancellation less than a week before the session.
