General Summary

The Unified Group is holding a block of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton – Bemidji at a discounted rate of $169 per night.  Once we receive your registration, we will add your name to the rooming list and make your reservation.  You will receive a confirmation letter with meeting details 1-2 weeks prior to the session.  The cost of the meeting is $1095 which includes attendee meals and meeting costs.  The cost for spouses' dinner and reception is $100 each.  

Attendees should fly into Bemidji Regional Airport (BJI).  The hotel has shuttle service to and from the airport please call them 218-441-4400 at least 24 hours before to let them know your arrival time.  
 
The session will begin with a Welcome Dinner Reception at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 15th and will end at noon on Saturday, May 18th.  Please plan to make your departure flight for 2pm or later on the 18th.  
 
If you plan on arriving early or staying late (which may happen as there are limited flights out of Bemidji), please let us know as soon as possible as we have a limited number of rooms held in our block.  Reservations are due one month prior to the event.  Should you need to make changes we will make every effort to coordinate with the hotel.  If the hotel is unable to make the changes, you are responsible for any hotel fees.   
 
All of our food and beverage counts to the hotel and restaurants are due a week prior to the session so if there is a cancellation less than a week before the full registration fee will be charged.
