The Unified Group is holding a block of rooms at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa in Grand Cayman. We have a mix of Ocean View rooms for $359 per night and Island View rooms for $319 per night with a $30 resort fee applied to both. Those who are first to register will get Ocean View rooms unless specified otherwise via email to Janet Kelleher at email@example.com. The cost of the meeting is $1195 which includes attendee meals and meeting costs. The cost for spouses' dinner and reception is $150 each.
Hotel individual cancellation policies are as follows:
30 days or more prior to arrival -- full refund
29-15 days prior to arrival -- 1 night deposit
14 days or less prior to arrival -- guest will be charged for entire stay
We wanted to alert you that we will have a different date pattern for the 2022 Annual Meeting and Owners' Forum. The reception will be on Sunday, November 13th, and we will meet Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will end with a group dinner Wednesday evening for all to fly home on Thursday, November 17th.
If you plan on arriving early or staying late, please let us know as soon as possible. We have limited early arrival and late departure rooms available, so the sooner we know the better. Reservations are due one month prior to the event. Should you need to make changes we will make every effort to coordinate with the hotel. If the hotel is unable to make the changes, you are responsible for any hotel fees.
Once we receive your registration, we will add your name to the rooming list and make your reservation. You will receive a confirmation letter with meeting details 1-2 weeks prior to the session.
All of our food and beverage counts to the hotel and restaurants are due a week prior to the session so if there is a cancellation less than a week before the full registration fee will be charged.
