General Summary

The Unified Group is holding a block of rooms at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.  We have deluxe ocean view rooms for $477.38 per night (same cost for double and single occupancy).   A sanitation tax of $2.15 and a 4% occupancy tax will be added daily.  This rate does not include a 16% VAT tax which will be waived for the duration of the meeting dates and one day pre and post if all requirements are met (hotel will make a copy of your stamped immigration documents and valid passport upon check in).  The hotel is a la carte all-inclusive with 24 hour room service.

The cost of the meeting is $1200 and each company has one attendee pre-paid with their dues.  The only additional charges will be for activities and spouse dinners off property which are TBD at this time.

The event will start with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday, November 8th at 7pm. We will meet Thursday through Saturday and end with a Closing Dinner on Saturday, November 11th at 7pm for all to fly home on Sunday, November 12th.

Hotel individual cancellation policies are as follows:  An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the hotel receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

If you plan on arriving early or staying late, please let us know as soon as possible.  We have limited early arrival and late departure rooms available, so the sooner we know the better.  Reservations are due two months prior to the event.  Should you need to make changes we will make every effort to coordinate with the hotel.  If the hotel is unable to make the changes, you are responsible for any hotel fees.   
 
Once we receive your registration, you will receive a secure link from Stefani Angone to enter your credit card information through a secure token process and complete your hotel reservation. Once you enter your credit card information and complete the process, you will receive a code that you will need to send back to Stefani.  You will receive a confirmation letter from the Unified Group with meeting details 1-2 weeks prior to the session.  
  
All of our food and beverage counts to the hotel and restaurants are due a week prior to the session; if there is a cancellation less than a week before, the full registration and all activity fees will be charged.
