General Summary

The Unified Group is holding a block of rooms at Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.  We have Junior Suite Pool View rooms for $292.00 per person per night (double occupancy), and $466.00 per person per night (single occupancy).  Please note, this resort is adults only. The hotel is a la carte all-inclusive with 24-hour room service, and you will also be able to access the additional four a la carte dining options at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana (next door property).

The cost of the meeting is $1200 and each company has one attendee pre-paid with their dues.  The only additional charges will be for activities and spouse dinners off property which are TBD at this time.

The event will start with a Welcome Reception on Sunday, November 10th at 7pm. We will meet Monday through Wednesday and end with a Closing Dinner on Wednesday, November 13th at 7pm for all to fly home on Thursday, November 14th.

Registrations and rooming list are due 60 days prior to the event (no later than September 2nd).  If you plan on arriving early or staying late, please let us know as soon as possible.  We have limited early arrival and late departure rooms available, so the sooner we know the better.  Should you need to make changes we will make every effort to coordinate with the hotel.  If the hotel is unable to make the changes, you are responsible for any hotel fees.   

Hotel individual cancellation policies are as follows:  

  • Individual will be charged $50.00 cancellation fee if you cancel at any time. 
  • If you cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged a two-night stay as penalty. 
  • You can modify your reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival.
  • $50.00 fee will be charged if you reduce the amount of nights. 
  • If you increase the amount of nights, you will need to pay the additional booked nights at time of change.

Once we send in the final rooming list 60 days prior to the event, you will receive a secure payment link from the resort via email with Stefani Angone copied. Stefani will send everyone a heads up to watch out for the payment link. Your entire stay paid in full is due at the time you receive your payment link. You will receive a confirmation letter from the Unified Group with meeting details 1-2 weeks prior to the session.

All of our food and beverage counts to the hotel and restaurants are due a week prior to the session; if there is a cancellation less than a week before, the full registration and all activity fees will be charged.
