General Summary
The Unified Group is holding a block of Superior King rooms at SLS Baha Mar in Nassau, Bahamas at a discounted rate of $449.00 per night plus 21% VAT tax. An additional $27.63 service fee and $68.20 resort fee will be added daily and covers the following:
- Unlimited access to Baha Bay Waterpark
- Use of all non-motorized water sport equipment
- Wifi in guest rooms and public areas
- 2 bottled waters in-room daily
- On-site 24 hour fitness center
- Maid & porterage gratuity
- SLS Beach gratuity
The cost of the meeting is $1800 and each company has one attendee pre-paid with their dues. The cost for spouses is a $900 flat fee, which covers food and drinks at the Spouse Breakfast, Welcome Reception, Group Dinner, and Closing Dinner. The cost for children is a $400 flat fee.
The event will start with a Welcome Reception on Sunday, February 21st at 7pm. We will meet Monday through Wednesday and end with a Closing Dinner on Wednesday, February 24th at 7pm for all to fly home on Thursday, February 25th.
If you plan on arriving early or staying late, please let us know as soon as possible. We have limited early arrival and late departure rooms available, so the sooner we know the better. Reservations are due two months prior to the event. Should you need to make changes, we will make every effort to coordinate with the hotel. If the hotel is unable to make the changes, you are responsible for any hotel fees.
The standard hotel individual cancellation policy is a 7-day window. If there is an emergency or extenuating circumstance, the hotel will make every effort to be flexible.
Once we receive your registration, we will add your name to the rooming list and make your reservation. You will receive a confirmation letter with meeting details 1-2 weeks prior to the session.
All of our food and beverage counts to the hotel and restaurants are due a week prior to the session; if there is a cancellation less than a week before, the full registration and all activity fees will be charged.
