Employees and their significant others at Adrian Mechanical Services had a company golf outing and fish fry, courtesy of their employees. What a fun way to come together outside of the workplace to bond!
I really enjoyed talking about "wellness" and what that looks like physically and emotionally. By companies attending to both of these needs within their employees, company culture and morale will surely improve. If I didn’t attend this meeting, I would have missed an excellent, in-depth experience of what HR can be like on a small to large scale.
