Last week, Harvey W. Hottel trained numerous plumbing technicians in First Aid, CPR, and AED. It is always better to be trained and certified just in case.
Always great to collaborate and see where others are within the group, to hear the different software being used and to identify the latest KPI's. I use them all to keep my finger on the pulse of our company.
