Early last month, Cullum attended the Morningside Middle School career fair. Such a great opportunity to teach the next generation how trade skills can lead to great opportunities!
I really enjoyed talking about "wellness" and what that looks like physically and emotionally. By companies attending to both of these needs within their employees, company culture and morale will surely improve. If I didn’t attend this meeting, I would have missed an excellent, in-depth experience of what HR can be like on a small to large scale.
