All forums have a powerful and lasting effect on our members; however, after The Unified Group hosted the 2021 Leadership Forum, nearly 20% of our membership decided to implement EOS training tactics to achieve their company’s vision. Jeff Ruby of RedRock Leadership took attendees through a 2.5-day bootcamp during the forum, but the immense success came after five companies wanted to continue digging into the EOS process and grow their company’s achievements.

Ruby is no stranger to The Unified Group, as he was also the guest speaker at the 2020 Service Management Forum. Being able to stay in contact with such an inspiring leader helped members within each company to learn from Ruby and understand the positive influence of using his teachings within the workplace.

“We all saw the same potential in bringing Jeff in for a consultation,” Joel Knight of Harvey W. Hottel, Inc. said. “It has been an amazing journey so far and no one here could have imagined how difficult, but also beneficial, it would be.”

Ruby is not only a published author and a certified EOS implementor, but also has trained over one thousand leadership teams. His experience means that no matter the size of the company, the length of time b in business, nor the team behind the scenes, Ruby has a company specific game plan and wants to do everything he can to help each individual team grow.

“Before working with Ruby, we handled situations as they happened to us,” Ryan O’Hara of Service Unlimited, Inc. said. “Now, we have a 10-year vision and 3-year plan that we chip away at in 90-day segments towards our one-year plan… I can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience so far.”

With such an extensive business management process, Ruby often visits each company (in person or virtually) quarterly to reinforce leadership concepts at an attainable rate and achievable pace. Each company has a different journey and will ultimately have a diversity of issues to tackle. Ruby does not stray from challenge, but rather has a deep passion for problem-solving and helping others grow.

“Ruby came here back in September for our first ‘Focus Day,’ where we started laying the foundation for the rest of this process,” Matt Blauch of Blauch Brothers, Inc. said. “We’ve set goals in the past, but we’ve never been this intentional about keeping up with them and insuring they happen.”

Overall, Ruby has made a lasting impression on several companies within The Unified Group. With many companies hearing about the successes and wanting to learn more, Ruby has gained a lot of traction and has become an exceptional partner to the group.
