“I posted a question on the Technical Email Tool about a Trane CVHF machine and the next thing you know I get a phone call from the one and only, Julie Bishop,” said Joe. Julie promptly put Mike Mascio (Air Comfort) on the phone. “Mike was kind enough to spend a few minutes with me on the phone to discuss the situation we were having with the Trane chiller here in Boston. As demonstrated by the actions of Julie and Mike, sharing and helping one another is essence for the existence of the Unified Group. Can you get this anywhere else? The answer is no, nowhere but in The Unified Group.”

A few hours later, David Tiller (Shoffner Mechanical) was looking for a teardown PDF for a compressor that they were asked to bid on in Knoxville, TN. “We have rebuilt many centrifugals, but not this particular model,” David wrote. Again, Julie reached out to Mike for help. Mike had the manual and was able to scan it and send it over to David. “This will be helpful and makes being part of The Unified Group that much more worth it all,” said David.
