Last month, J&J Air Conditioning employees went paintballing for some team bonding! Such a fun way to create great memories, have loads of fun and to spend quality time together.
I really enjoyed talking about "wellness" and what that looks like physically and emotionally. By companies attending to both of these needs within their employees, company culture and morale will surely improve. If I didn’t attend this meeting, I would have missed an excellent, in-depth experience of what HR can be like on a small to large scale.
