After attending our 2025 Service Management Forum, Maya Taylor with Service Unlimited shared how she implemented her takeaway. Her plan was when she returned after the forum, which included connecting more with her techs and implementing a weekly 15-20 min teams meeting.
She hosted her first 15 min weekly water cooler talk with her technician. The layout and details she sent her team included: “Hey Team Delta, Remember our “Water Cooler Chat”? We hit pause for a bit, but it's time to run it back! I’m excited to create a space where coordinators and techs can connect, share, and collaborate.
