After attending this year’s Human Resources Forum, Sonja Antrillo, Legacy Mechanical’s office manager, expressed how it inspired her to start conversations about mental health issues within their company.
The other week, Legacy Mechanical welcomed a guest speaker, Rebecca Mitchell, Community Engagement Coordinator from Jefferson Center, specializing in workplace mental health to engage with their leadership team. The session focused on:

• Building resilience and emotional intelligence in the workplace
Their goal is to empower their leaders with the tools and awareness to foster a healthier, more supportive environment for everyone at Legacy Mechanical. This is just the beginning.
