The Making the Difference Award is an annual honor presented to a Unified Group member company that truly sets the standard for impact and involvement. This recognition celebrates an organization that consistently demonstrates outstanding leadership, fosters meaningful collaboration, and delivers exceptional service to the entire group.

More than just participation, this award spotlights a company that actively engages, willingly supports fellow members, and contributes measurable value to the group as a whole. It recognizes those who step forward, lift others up, and make a lasting difference through their commitment, generosity, and example.

VHV Company has attended every meeting this year with 27 attendees total, participated in ten panel discussions, shared three Best Ideas at meetings, presented five times, and has MC’d one meeting, along with serving on four task forces. They have been part of this group since 2012 and are true believers in our mission. They make the effort to visit fellow members, and their President regularly attends meetings to support and invest in his team. More importantly, they take the ideas shared within this group and bring them back to their organization, putting them into practice and continuing to grow.
