Environmental Systems, Inc. had the opportunity to visit fellow Unified Group members, VHV Company in Vermont! Jenna Lemoi and Walt Sousa toured their facility and met with their team to discuss best practices and key challenges.

During two breakout sessions, Walt met with the sales team to collaborate on estimating service contracts, CRM software, and overcoming other challenges within the service group. Jenna met with the HR team to discuss talent acquisition strategies and marketing insights. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and strengthen their collaboration. They're excited to continue building on this partnership!
