Many of you have met Shane and Melissa Dick, who previously worked for past Unified Group member DEN Management in the Wichita, KS area as co-COO’s. Recently, Shane and Melissa left DEN and started Atlas Accounting and Consulting with the mission of offering their expertise as Chief Financial Officers to contractors wanting the help, but not the cost of the full time position.

Changes in technology have made working off site efficient and effective. Usually with a set of financials, a questionnaire and a conference call we can put together a scope of work. This would include the deliverables, the due date, a time for review and discussion as well as any follow up or regularly recurring meetings.
Typically, the client sets us up with a remote log in profile, we log in as a user on the company’s accounting system, generate and download the reports and we’re ready to work. Of course, we can also have someone on-site generate the info and email to us. As site visits are in order, we can arrange for that, as well.
