The Best of the Midwest is at it again! Last week, members
of the Baker Group team flew to Green Bay to tour Tweet Garot’s facility. Baker
spent the day at Tweet Garot’s facility to gain insight on how they go through
the pre-fabrication process on large construction jobs along with Tweet’s large
job management process. In addition to a companywide tour of Tweet’s tool crib,
fab shop, office, sheet metal shop, etc. Baker Group was also able to spend
some time with their service dispatch to learn about their iPad roll out
process.
