You’ve been drafted to attend The Unified Group’s Service Management Forum in New Orleans January 23-27th. Strap on your pads (code for come with topics and challenges you want to discuss) and meet us on the gridiron. Here’s the game plan:

• Game Day, The First Half: Creating a winning team through recruiting, developing tools for accountability, and utilizing technology to differentiate your company
• Game Day, The Second Half: Creating the ideal client experience, understanding and managing client expectations, and developing marketing strategies
