This month 14 Unified Group members met in Atlanta for the Southern Regional Meeting.  Mallory & Evans, Shoffner Mechanical, and Spaeth, Inc. helped to coordinate and facilitate the meeting. Members were able to talk about maintenance pricing and upcharges, team member accountability, field productivity, and mobile/handheld technology. The day session ended with a Lightening Round where each attendee presented his/her greatest success and its impact on the business.
