After attending the Service Management Forum this year, Dan Napier (one of Brady’s Area Service Managers) thought that more of the Brady Services team should learn about all the resources The Unified Group offers. He emailed Julie and they set up a webinar with the three other Area Service Managers, their Service Manager, and Customer Service Manager. Together the group learned about the training sessions, purchasing partnerships, how the email tools work, and how to access all of the online resources.
