I was working with one of our plant managers and he was in need of a three-ton portable a/c unit.  I called Temp Air and they gave me a rental and/or purchase
price.  As I was working on my bid….Temp air called me back (I didn’t even
give the guy my last name or leave a phone number) he found me, and he said
“I just wanted to call you back and let you know that I can get you an even
better price because I just found out you were a Unified Group member!”  Talk about
excellent customer service.  So, needless to say….my customer will be
