Every year members fill out a participation scorecard ranking all the areas that they've been active within the group. What does participation look like in The Unified Group? It's about more than just going to the occasional training session. The following is a list of our top ten participators and how they got involved with The Unified Group:
- Be like Nashville Machine - they hosted a Controls Class in Nashville for 25 technicians and have continued to be a tremendous technical resource for members
- Be like Air Comfort – they were the only member to attend every single training session last year
- Be like Innovative Service Solutions - in addition to recommending companies for membership and sharing thousands of dollars of business opportunities, they have gotten their entire team involved with The Unified Group
- Be like Tweet/Garot Mechanical - they've opened their doors multiple times to members and shared their iPad implementation strategy with the group
- Be like Control Services – they were a huge help and integral part of creating the Capabilities Matrix for the group, helping members find the experts when they need technical help and shared their transition planning strategy at the Annual Meeting
- Be like Vital Mechanical – as a team, they’ve used the email tool 20 times last year to share information and get help
- Be like Colorado Climate Maintenance - since joining the group last year, they've welcomed multiple members to their office to review their software
- Be like Shoffner Mechanical – their CFO, Operations Manager, and Service Team met with a fellow member who was visiting their office looking at their software
- Be like CESCO – their service manager participated on a panel at the Service Management Forum to share his experience transitioning from the field to the office
- Be like Enginuity – they provided custom programming for another member needing help with a Tracer Summit and even walked their tech through uploading the information and getting the building back online over the phone
