Unified Group Member’s finding a helping hand when needed is priceless.  A couple weeks ago Shoffner Mechanical had a contractor in North Florida who had been helping them with a controls installation.  “There were some issues with the equipment and they said they could work on it and take care of it for them.,” explained John Speed (Shoffner Mechanical). “Well they never showed up the day they promised and by 3:00 pm that afternoon the owner, a million dollar a year customer of Shoffner’s, demanded we get something done that day.”  

Again the contractor failed to respond.  At 5:00 Shoffner gave Rich Bodwell at ISS Mechanical a call.  By 11:00 pm that evening he had a man on site correcting the problem.  It is important to note that the city was approximately 2 ½ hours outside of his normal service range. ISS more than jumped through hoops on this one and saved the day for Shoffner!
