A big thanks to Rich Bodwell (ISS Mechanical) for heading up the task force for our 2015 Service Leaders Forum. Rich and the task force: Jeff Smith (Brady Services), Eric Fleming (Colorado Climate Maintenance), James Sandoval (J&J Air Conditioning), Robyn Mann (Marina Mechanical), Rob Lehman (Maxair, Inc.), and Chris Bigalke (W.B. Guimarin) had many conference calls and planned a great agenda for the session.
Guest speaker Steve Thomas kicked off the session talking about how to develop and inspire future teams, leadership, and creating culture. Other topics covered: Leading Change, The Future of Leadership, Safety in the Field, and It is About the Bottom Line; a financial presentation. There were breakout groups by peers during each session as well as large group discussion.
