His local equipment supplier would only give him pricing for the adapter and unit, but would not give him the dimensional data that he need to provide a more competitive quote. “I sent out a help-me email on the Technical Email Tool and Phil with Cooper Oates quickly replied with the dimensional data that I needed and I was able to complete my quote and received approval back that evening from our customer,” said Eric.
