Membership recruitment is taken very seriously at The Unified Group. We work with our Member of the Year Club to ensure that we’re selecting the best of the best. Last month two Member of the Year Club members joined us in Dallas to help interview three prospective companies. Tom Barker (Guardian) was already spending his week with us attending the Building a Service Mentality Forum and agreed to extend his trip and come with us to Dallas. Sam De Angelis (CCM) was in Dallas for the ACCA Conference and also extended his trip to spend the day interviewing candidates with us.  Not only did the guys help us meet and tour each company, but they also spent time after the visit on a conference call helping us select the right fit for the group.
