Unified Group members Cooper Oates Air Conditioning (COAC) and J&J have a common customer in California.  Unknowingly, COAC was doing some control work on one of buildings J&J was doing work in.  “Our customer asked them to look into and quote a repair that we had already quoted for them,” said James (J&J).  “As soon as Ruzwa was aware that we were actually in the building, he reached out to me and explained the situation.  He did not want to do service work on one of our buildings and he let the customer know that.”  The two worked out a plan where they would do the work and run the billing through COAC in order for our customer to utilize a single purchase order.  “Needless to say, we are grateful for his integrity,” said James. “What a great partner we have in Cooper Oates Air Conditioning!"
