ISS Mechanical and Baker Group both have relationships at different levels within a large financialinstitution. Back in April of 2015 the Portfolio's Energy and Sustainability Manager was referred to ISS Mechanical by the Global Director Energy and Sustainability who ISS worked with on multiple local energy projects. ISS was asked to assist them with projects across the country. The first major opportunity was in Des Moines. ISS was asked to provide a proposal for the replacement of approx. 73,000 LED light bulbs at 7 facilities in Des Moines. ISS approached fellow Unified Group member, Baker Group, with the opportunity to partner up and quote this project.  The overall project for ISS Mechanical is valued at $2.7 million with the Baker Groups portion being $972,300 for the installation.
