We’re gearing up for the largest meeting in Unified Group history! More than 75 attendees will be traveling to Henderson, NV for Innovation in the Service Business: a Forum for Service Leaders on January 20th-24th. Over the three days members will be exposed to topics developed (and in many cases presented) by the Service Leaders Forum task force, which is comprised of nine Unified Group members representing owners, VP’s of service, service managers, and team leaders.
Topics will include the following:
- Innovation in Profit: Learn about the service business metrics members are tracking and the processes and changes they have implemented to make an impact on profit.
- Innovation in Technology: Get exposed to the tools, equipment, software, and partners members are using that have made an impact on efficiency in their organizations.
- Innovation in People: Hear the unique things members are doing to find, hire, retain, and motivate their people.
- Innovation in the Industry: We’ll look ahead 5-10 years and discuss the trends we’re seeing today that will be shaping the industry of tomorrow.
- Innovation in the Client Experience: Learn how other members are creating a true experience for their clients. From customer workshops, portals, branding, and social media we’ll share all the things our members are doing to be different in the client’s eye.
- Innovation in Culture: This year Steve Thomas will talk about how to build a sustainable culture that will carry us into the future. Attendees will walk away with ideas to build a better culture and a group of people that will help support them throughout the year.
