January 2016

• New Year post – share company goals, employees goals (could be business related or personal)
• Create a list for your clients of the top three resolutions to make in regards to their HVAC equipment
• If you live in a cold climate – share some pictures of your team bundled up in coats and jackets and write about how they stay warm while keeping your clients warm
• Have a hot chocolate day in the office and post pictures on your social media sites
• Deliver hot chocolate or coffee to the team in the field and share the pictures
• Post a pictures of your team member from The Unified Group’s Service Leader’s Forum along with what they thought the best part of the meeting was
• Post a video testimonial. Ask your favorite client, “When you think of our company, what comes to mind?” (Bonus: Ask them after you run a service call for them)
