I really enjoyed talking about "wellness" and what that looks like physically and emotionally. By companies attending to both of these needs within their employees, company culture and morale will surely improve.  If I didn’t attend this meeting, I would have missed an excellent, in-depth experience of what HR can be like on a small to large scale.
