B&I Contractors Participates in a Day to Remember with Lee Health and Miss Florida Teen at Stay Gorgeous Girls!
This was a wonderful confidence-building event focusing on the young ladies in their community, where B&I Contractors awarded a scholarship to the winner at Stay Gorgeous Girls!
I really enjoyed talking about "wellness" and what that looks like physically and emotionally. By companies attending to both of these needs within their employees, company culture and morale will surely improve. If I didn’t attend this meeting, I would have missed an excellent, in-depth experience of what HR can be like on a small to large scale.
